rESEARCH
Before a program is implemented, Ex-Ante evaluations are conducted to evaluate its feasibility and potential impact. During the implementation phase, formative evaluations or process evaluations are conducted to assess the program’s processes and identify areas for improvement. Impact evaluations are then conducted to assess the program’s overall impact on its target population.
TRAINING
Capacity development and empowerment through training is a process that equips individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to contribute effectively to their personal growth and community development. It involves targeted training programs that enhance technical expertise, critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
