Fund Foundation
Faith Fund Foundation:
A Research and Training organization exploring the relationship between Spiritual, Socioeconomic and Political consciousness and how these are translated into Beliefs and Behaviours either for Beneficence or Maleficence.
Vision: A world in which people live in dignity.
Mission: to be a suitable partner in the continuous quest for dignity everywhere at all times.
Beliefs: We believe in work incomes and citizenship driven by Ubuntu defined by righteousness, mercy, truth, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Strategic Approach: Translating Spiritual, Socioeconomic and Political endeavour into beneficence through advocacy for dignity within the basic structures of Society
The DECODE Model for Dignity
The DECODE model advocates for The Dignity of Man through Honest Work and Decent Incomes to supply the demands of his consciousness in seven domains and demands of basic living. This is shown below:
Theory of Change
The Foundation explores how narratives in Spiritual, Socioeconomic and Political domains impact Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices (KAPs) to produce beneficence and dignity or maleficence and indignity.
Proposed interventions (Policies, Programmes and People) plug into the points of change for each unique case.
