ADRIT enables development actors to innovate policies, strategies, programs, technologies, projects, and activities, delivering sustainable interventions.
ADRIT focuses on enabling development actors to work more thoughtfully and purposefully with their constituents by delivering relevant, efficient, effective, coherent, and sustainable interventions that achieve desired impacts. We support actors in innovating policies, strategies, programs, technologies, projects, and activities in various development sectors.
Innovation enables development actors to introduce new ideas and practices, create new goods and services, and improve the delivery of existing ones. For instance, ADRIT supported Vodafone UK, Vodacom Tanzania, Vodacom Mozambique, and Safaricom Kenya in developing a technology adoption and change management program for 500,000 farmers in East Africa. The program aimed to improve access to credit and supply chain efficiency through mobile technology, thereby enhancing the livelihoods of farmers in the region.
