The DECODE model advocates for The Dignity of Man through Honest Work and Decent Incomes to supply the demands of his consciousness in seven basic domains and demands. This is shown below:
Theory of Change
The Foundation explores how narratives in Spiritual, Socioeconomic and Political domains impact perceptions, ambitions, attitudes and abilities and how they form into beliefs and behaviours that produce beneficence and dignity or maleficence and indignity. Proposed interventions plug into the points of change for each unique case.
