& Organizational Structure
The organization is led by a board of directors and a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who work together to manage the organization.
The organization is managed by a board of Directors and a Chief Executive officer leading a team of experts in various development sectors to provide research, training, innovation and technology solutions to development actors. The leadership and technical team has expertise in humanitarian and human development sectors as well as in faith and development approaches. They have a combined experience of more than 50 years in organizational leadership and development, intervention (program) design, funding raising and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, faith and culture, community development, donor relations, private sector and economic development, commerce and trading, youth training and counseling, security systems and safety.
Organizational Structure
ADRIT has a four level organizational structure under the leadership of the board as illustrated in figure 1 below. The new strategic plan 2022 – 2027 has created new structures to be filled incrementally between 2023 and 2027. These include (1) Director of International Partnerships and (2) Reps of The 7 Continents.
